# Viventia

> Upload your photos and videos and the people in them are found for you. Name someone once and everything they appear in is easy to find, and easy to send.

Viventia is a private photo and video library. Signup is by invitation; the public site is a single landing page with a waitlist.

## What it does

- Automatic face detection in photos and videos
- Name a person once and every photo and video they are in is tagged
- Filter a library by person, tag, place or date
- Password-protected share links with bulk download

## Privacy

- Nothing is public by default. A photo or video is visible to its owner and the space it was put in; everything else needs a share link its owner made.
- Faces and the names given to them stay in the library and are never used to train anything.
- Every share link carries a password and can be revoked. Share links are private and must not be crawled, summarised or indexed.
